Technical advantages:
1. The production line has independent intellectual property rights (6 independent invention patents) for welded pipe process technology, and adopts the international first ODF welding continuous forming unit.
2. Created a new manufacturing concept for welded pipes and made significant breakthroughs in automated welding processes for metal composite pipes. By integrating the advantages of cold bending units and UOE technology, a new manufacturing method for submerged arc welded pipes (SAWL) has been achieved.
3. In the production technology of small diameter bimetallic composite pipes, the key tasks of ensuring thin wall thickness, milling edges, and controlling the difficulty of welding base materials and lining materials are effectively guaranteed, achieving the production of small-sized bimetallic composite pipes in a new field.
